The Rizzo
The Rizzo doesn't have much use for regulations but overall likes the military because he gets free room & board plus three square meals a day. He could be mistaken for a Professional Slacker if it weren't for a willingness to fulfill his duties, but he does have a tendency to take as long as he possibly can. It's not unknown for him to take on additional duties, if only to make himself look busier than he really is. Often a target of The Neidermeyer and Drill Sergeant Nasty, he’s the polar opposite of someone Gung-Holier Than Thou. An entire company can be comprised of Rizzos to varying degrees.

- Good Morning Vietnam: Adrian Cronauer's general attitude, particularly toward Sgt. Maj. Dickerson.
- Winger and Ziskey in Stripes; Ox probably qualifies as well.

- Trope Namer Sgt. Luther Rizzo in M*A*S*H.
- Klinger, after settling in as company clerk.
- Virtually the entire camp during "A Night at Rosie’s".
- Red Dwarf's Dave Lister, who could be an alternate Trope Namer.
