I apologize, but your contributions were blatant copy-paste from TV Tropes, which we can't do since they have CC-BY-NC-SA licensing, while we have CC-BY-SA licensing.

If you want to start a page on Captain Britain here, you can use material from Wikipedia and the Marvel Wikia site (cite the URL where you material comes from in the edit reasons for attribution purposes)

Also, try using our page creator and select the option to create a works page, it will pre-load some basic markup so you can fill in the rest of the blanks yourself.

So, how was this? I'm just getting started though. https://allthetropes.org/wiki/Captain_Britain I'm a bit worried about copying what the Marvel Wikia and wikipedia word for word.

You can copy some or even all of what they have, but you MUST cite something like "uses content from httP;//en.wikipedia.org/Captain Britain" in the edit reason so there is a history where you got what you quoted.

You can then edit that to fit our standards afterwards.

So, how do I cite resources? Also, some of the buttons on the edit page still confuses me, since I don't know what they do.

If you want to do citations, just use the <ref>insert reference here</ref> tags.

The buttons on the edit page (on the bottom of the page) are for inserting various commonly used markup and templates. Click show preview after adding one to make sure it's appropriate if you need to.
