Unless someone (other than me) cleans this article up in the very near future, I'll be deleting it. This article has languished here for more than two years, and unless someone who knows what it's supposed to be cleans it up and puts it in comprehensible English real soon now, it's going to get binned.

I have been having trouble looking for editors and recently examples. There wasn't anymore that was able to be done.
If you could provide enough guidance on what you intended that someone else could do the cleanup, it would help. Was this supposed to be "Non-adults are forbidden" or "Non-adults are oppressed"?

Tell you what. There's potential here, which is why I've been hesitant to just delete it outright. I'm going to move it out of the workshop into your sandbox - work on it there when you have the time and inclination, and when it's whipped into shape, put it back in the workshop, okay?
