Topic on User talk:Looney Toons

It appears my provider, NetCarrier, is completely down (like that time a couple years ago); at least, that's what I assume from the "too many calls, too busy to answer" message I got when I tried to reach their support hotline. They haven't posted anything on Twitter or Facebook yet, so it may have happened very recently.

I'll keep folks informed as I learn anything.
