"The Grim Adventures Cover.png" and "Grim Adventures of Lincoln and Lucy by Lennon Black.png" do not appear to have been uploaded properly; although they appeared in the Moderation queue, they physically don't exist on the wiki and thus cannot be approved in Moderation. You may want to try again and make sure that they're properly uploaded.

I'm kind of new to this, so I'd like to know the proper procedure for it, if it's not too much to ask may ask for a step-by-step process of how to go about it?
While we feel it is very likely that this particular case is a side effect of Miraheze's aging infrastructure (which is being abandoned at this moment with the transfer of wikis to WikiTide), and that a simple retry at the uploads may resolve things, we certainly do have a page in the project namespace which outlines the process in detail: Uploading and Adding an Image to a Page.
Since you've explicitly asked to be pointed at these instructions, be aware that we're going to be expecting you to pay attention to everything in them that's flagged as required or mandatory -- licensing and categories are the two most important -- and if you skip them, we're going to call you on it.
