On the TFW 2005 "Funnies" forum, one usually comes across Photocomics. Transformers Nexus, on the other hand, is a drawn comic that, unlike most photocomics (or comics in general,) It's updated fairly rapidly, usually once or twice a day. It follows the adventures of Optimus Prime and his students (Sideswipe, Arcee, Bumblebee) and takes a rather interesting approach of both comedic and action-packed moments.

As of now, the author has started a Continuity Reboot called Transformers: Nexus (Revised). It can be seen here.

Tropes used in Transformers Nexus include:

• Composite Character - Most of the Transformers cast.
• Aw, Look -- They Really Do Love Each Other - Bumblebee and Arcee drop hints of this. Of course, the writer keeps lying.
