... as another instance of copyright infringement. Given that it was part of the same block of edits which resulted in the two warnings below, it is being considered part and parcel of the earlier infringements and will not result in any further moderator action. However, we would like to suggest that in the future you do a far more thorough job of creating a clean, non-infringing example, even if you are taking inspiration from text on TV Tropes. If your text and and TVT's are so close that a third party can look at them and say, "one is clearly a rewrite of the other", then you are going to run afoul of our copyright policy.

...because, just as with your edit to Downplayed Trope cited below, it is lifted word-for-word from TV Tropes. As noted below, this is copyright infringement and illegal.

Strictly speaking, by the terms of All The Tropes:How We Do Bans Around Here, this would justify imposing an immediate tempban on you, but given that both infractions were only detected today, and this notice below was only delivered after the second instance of infringement (and you have three more unreviewed edits in the moderation queue which may have additional infringements), in the interest of fairness we are only delivering a formal warning here. If in a future edit (submitted after this message is posted to your user talk page) contains another instance of copyright infringement, you will be subject to a tempban of at least two weeks' duration.

Please acknowledge receipt of this warning in a message in this thread. No other means of contacting moderation staff will be accepted, and failure to acknowledge this warning while still submitting edits to the mod queue will also result in a tempban.

... because most of the "Gravity Falls" example is lifted word-for-word from TV Tropes. This is copyright infringement as the material postdates the fork and TV Tropes' subsequent change of license in 2012. Because All The Tropes and TV Tropes run under different Creative Commons licenses, content created there after 2012 cannot legally be used here without the express written approval of all the editors who contributed to it.

Feel free to rewrite the material in your own words and resubmit it, but we recommend you read our Copyrights policy first.

Also, we suggest that you use the Source Editor instead of the Visual Editor ("Edit Source" on the top menu instead of simply "Edit") because the Visual Editor is prone to doing profoundly stupid things to the page source while trying to be "helpful". In the case of your edit, it created hideously over-complicated potholing behind the scenes for the work names that you both linked and italicized. Also, for when you resubmit your edit, we do not alphabetize examples within the media sections on Work Pages. Per our Style Guide, put all new examples at the end of the section to make it easier for editors to find them.

Finally we strongly recommend that you read All The Tropes:How We Do Bans Around Here. This isn't a threat -- this is the wiki policy strictly controlling how and when user bans can be applied by an Admin. We want you to be aware that unlike TVT, we do not ban users on whims or because we're cranky.
