- Author of some of the best fanfic story cycles of the late 1990s, Lawson wrote a five-part series for Nuku Nuku which turned this light-comedy OVA into something deep, touching and even transcendent. The link above goes to a Wayback Machine archive of Lawson's long-gone fanfiction page, which also lists some of his other work, all of which is worth reading.
