- And the Fandom Rejoiced: The release of the revised versions of some of their best hits in the 2-discs compilation Memories Of A Time To Come. To some, in particular, the re-recording of the originally rather narmy studio version of "Valhalla"; and even more specifically, the fact that they got Kai Hansen to join the singing in it again.
- Crowning Moment of Awesome: You know you've made it as a band when you don't even have to sing half the lyrics to your song - because the audience does it for you.
- Crowning Music of Awesome: See here.
- "Grand Theft Auto" Effect: "Battlefield", from A Night At The Opera, made it's way to Robot Unicorn Attack.
- Large Ham: While he may not be one for this sort of thing live(unlike some), the vast majority of Hansi's lyrics may as well be written in all caps.
- Even some of the ones for their slow, acoustic ballads.
- Memetic Badass: According to the Rules of Power Metal, "Hansi is God" and "Singers aren't allowed balls unless they're Hansi, because he is God."
- Not to mention that Battlefield was used as the theme music for the Heavy Metal Expansion of Robot Unicorn Attack.
- Memetic Molester: Their music video for "Mr. Sandman". Hope you like paedo clowns!
- Nightmare Fuel: The music video for their cover of "Mr. Sandman" involves Monster Clowns and is either hilarious or terrifying, depending on when you watch it.
