There seems to be no rhyme or reason as to what belongs under Index; it must be from TV Tropes or an early version of All The Tropes. I don't see any purpose for it at all.

I'm going to assume by the lack of response that it's okay to empty out this page.
Countermanding because I need to sort through this, most of these need turned into our version of index pages, I just haven't sorted them all yet.
One thing I was doing was replacing every instance of the "index" category with the "pages needing more categories" category, if they didn't have enough.
Please don't do that anymore, at least not for now.
Some of the pages are more about certain genres of works or indexes of tropes, not individual pages, and I plan to properly make that determination in the next few days with this category. If you would like to help, that would be appreciated.
