What happened to the TV Tokyo article or can ya help me find it if it's around here?

I don't believe we've ever had one. We have an article about TV Asahi, but I'm only mentioning that so it can serve as a template for this article.
And, no, I don't have time to even stub one. Feel free to take the plunge, if you're at all inclined!
Okay, because I find it a bit weird that we have a TV Tokyo category, but nothing about the company.
We create a lot of categories for things that don't have articles, because among other things we tag images with the names of the celebrities in them, even if the celebrities don't have creator articles yet. Don't be surprised, just fill in the holes. <grin>
