That would eliminate the need for duplicating in text. I realise many are less pinpointable in the year than week precision, but it can be truncated/rounded to a typical number early in the range (for example, if 'first Thursday in [month]' might mean first or second week of that month, go with the first one).
I can give this a go if people think it's a good idea.
