Chiemi Chiba is a seiyu hailing from Saitama and was born in 1975. She was a former idol singer and a former nude/gravure model before entering the seiyu industry. She is best known as the titular character in Ojamajo Doremi, plus as Yuzuriha Nekoi in Tsubasa Chronicle, Aqua Man (no, not that Aquaman) in Mega Man NT Warrior, and Hinako in Sister Princess. If that was not enough, she also the dub voice for Baby Bop from Barney and Friends. Yes, that Barney and Friends.
