  • MOTHER 1: When the party fights a giant robot that they clearly don't stand a chance against, the formerly timid Lloyd shows up in a tank and blows it away. Not to mention Eve's Heroic Sacrifice against another one of those robots later.
  • Ninten and Ness both get one in their respective games (Mother 1 and Mother 2/Earthbound) when they beat up crazed hippies. Yes, that's right. Among the Mother series' bizarre cast of enemies, our heroes have to face evil hippies. With toothbrushes.
