Founded in 1997, Frederator Studios is an animation studio created and run by Alan Goodman, Albie Hecht and Fred Seibert, the team that designed the look of [[MTV]] and [[Nickelodeon]] in the early eighties and created the Kids' Choice Awards and ''[[Nickelodeon Guts]]'' as Chauncey Street Productions in the early 1990s.
