1990 romantic comedy/spy film involving a happily newlywed couple on their honeymoon in Spain, wherein the husband, Sean, discovers that his blushing bride, Chris, is in fact a government agent. Although she retired upon her marriage to Sean, Chris' old flame Alex blackmails her into helping him recover some counterfeit printing plates from a man named Lazos. Secretly after the playes as well as an ineffectual crime boss name Marls and his equally ineffectual henchmen, Slack and Lance, as well as violent sociopath Pitt.

  • Dead Star Walking - Christopher Lee as Lazos.
  • Does Not Know His Own Strength - Slack.
  • Face Heel Turn - Chris' old boss Doris betrays her for....some reason.
  • Grievous Harm with a Body - The assassin Pitt gets clobbered with Alex's corpse in Sean and Chris' hotel room.
  • Halfhearted Henchman - Upon being told to dispose of Chris and Sean, Slack lets them go instead. Of course, he doesn't do a complete Heel Face Turn because later he goes back to assisting Marls.
  • Jerkass - Alex.
  • MacGuffin - The printing plates, as well as a snowglobe containing a key.
  • Man Child - Lazos behaves very immaturely, insisting, "I can't help growing old, but I can help growing up."
  • Neck Snap - Marls' neck is accidentally broken by Slack when he hits him in the chin with his elbow while trying to open a wine bottle. Marls spends the remainder of the film in a neckbrace.
  • Psycho for Hire - Pitt.
  • Trigger Happy - Lance shoots Lazos before finding out where the printing plates are.
