  • Non Sequitur Scene: The "alternate ending" to the series finale. It consists of an alien invader appearing out of nowhere and the cast attacking him. You may see it here: http://www.teennick.com/videos/clip/alternate-ending-clip.html
  • Crowning Moment of Funny: There are many, but most notably is the 'School Plays' episode. To sum it up, the school is performing Romeo and Juliet. Ned tries to stop Spencer (the actor playing Romeo) from kissing/winning over Suzie (who is playing Juliet) while Cookie tries to take over the role of Romeo (which Ned doesn't care about, seeing as his kiss 'won't steal Suzie'). Meanwhile, Moze, who is the stage director, is trying to keep the whole operation running smooth and thus, continuously foils Ned and Cookie's attempts to get Spencer out of the play. Hilarity Ensues.
  • Dope Slap: Moze hits Ned in one episode when he got too stressed. Ned simply tells Moze that he needed that.
  • Family-Unfriendly Aesop: The Class Clown episode. While it is true that being amusing can lighten the tension in a School Environment, the episode encourage the viewer to clown around, even if it results in you getting in trouble.
  • Les Yay: Between Moze and Suzie.
  • Special Effect Failure: The show frequently uses puppets and unconvicing People in Rubber Suits to portay various animals, and sometimes rather obvious dummies representing characters doing painful stunts. It seems that this is largely done on purpose, considering the cartoony nature of the show to begin with.
  • Unnecessary Makeover: Despite the intention of revealing Lisa to be Beautiful All Along, the growth of her characterization, personality, and damn, even appearances seemed to have considerably decreased by eighth grade.
