- Complete Monster: Largo, though of a very Affably Evil type. He's witty, charming, friendly, is on first-name terms with most of his employees, and is behind a number of charitable causes (his favourite is orphaned children). But he's also a total psychopath plotting nuclear terrorism (and enjoying every minute of it), to say nothing of his treatment of Domino, the many murders he casually orders, or the mere fact that he's No.1 agent of the worlds foremost Nebulous Evil Organization, with all that would entail.
- Fatima Blush as well. In fact, it's strongly hinted she does it For the Evulz.
- Crowning Moment of Funny: Bond is able to play on Fatima's ego that "she was the best he'd ever slept with", tricking her into letting him write out a confession... using the gun-pen Q gave him earlier.
