OniAi (Onii-chan dakedo Ai sae Areba Kankei Nai yo ne!, which translates as As Long as There's Love, It Doesn't Matter If He Is My Brother, Right?) is a 2012 anime series.
The long form of the title tells you the basic plot. The main character was separated from his twin sister early in his life, then he ends up living with her again in high school.
