Dueling Movies: With another film called Robin Hood that was also released in 1991. That film starred Patrick Bergin as Robin and Uma Thurman as Marian. In the US, it got shunted off to TV because of this film, but it was released in cinemas in other countries.
Hey, It's That Guy!: The Sheriff's cousin is played by Michael Wincott, known for playing a slew of villains, notably Top Dollar in The Crow.
- Fans of the British version of Whose Line Is It Anyway? will recognize Friar Tuck as the lovably funny Mike McShane.
