Rogue One is a 2016 science fiction war film that is the first installment of Star Wars Anthology. It is set just before the events of A New Hope, with a group of Rebel soldiers lead by Jyn Erso taking the plans of the Death Star. It was praised for it's more realistic tone and some originality. It got some criticism for having a computer animated likeness of a deceased actor for Tarkin. This is the last Star Wars film featuring Carrie Fisher released during her lifetime.
