* Cap was supposed to be the first in an ''army'' of Super Soldiers, and this plan was only aborted because the scientist who invented the formula was murdered. Now, while such an army under Allied control could be seen as a good thing, one could also argue that [[No Man Should Have This Power|No Nation Should Have This Power]].
