• Non Sequitur Scene: Well, the entire game, but even it gets one when during the final boss fight, the scene inexplicably cuts to a live action video of a little boy reading a book, and giggling when a big chunk of meat splats onto the book. It cuts back to the boss fight right after, then cuts to other scenes such as two guys playing chess, a dog on a porch, and a couple kissing in a park, all of whom are absolutely delighted about the raining chunks of meat falling on them.

• Memetic Mutation: Parodied in Ms. 'Splosion Man. The cake is not a lie - it's a trap.
• Woobie, Destroyer of Worlds: The end boss. Your Mileage May Vary, but him calling out things like "Wait, wait, wait!" and eating his own hands when he gets hurt, he's sort of cute, in an Eldritch Abomination sort of way.
