Steins;Gate 0/Funny

Though Steins;Gate 0 is considerably darker than the original game and series, it still manages to have a sense of humour. Such examples include (once again, with unmarked spoilers; you have been warned):

Visual Novel

Embarrassed from being hugged by Faris in public, Okabe contemplates stealing her cat ears just to get her to stop.

Though they don't contribute much to the overall story, Fubuki and Kaede do provide some of the funnier moments in the game early on, particularly their Ship Tease tendencies.
Despite his true nature later on, Professor Leskinen is difficult to hate just because of how hilarious his antics are.
Despite his future daughter living with him, Daru still can't help crack perverted jokes in Suzuha's direction, and her being unimpressed each time.
The CG of Faris, Ruka, Suzuha, Mayuri, and Kagari all in Miko attire. Only Suzuha is less than thrilled, wearing a look that radiates "Kill me!" energy.
As a call back to My Darling's Embrace, Okabe picks up what he thinks is a pink towel...only to realise it was a bra... again! And who does it belong to? Moeka, of course. Her blank-faced sprite appearing on screen afterwards is the cherry on top.
Maho, Faris, and Moeka's antics during Faris' slumber party, including Faris revealing to Maho that she'd picked out numerous animal pyjamas for her. The former is not pleased.
- Also, Maho isn't mad about wearing animal pyjamas. No, she's mad that they're child-sized!
Okabe receiving a lingerie dress from Fubuki during the Christmas party. There's also Mayuri's panicked reaction to Fubuki telling Okabe over the phone what colour underwear she's wearing.
Maho goes berserk when she can't get the doll out of the claw machine. That said, she looks terrifying when she's pissed.
Later on, while shopping with Okabe, Mayuri suggests a slogan for how to market the Okabe family business, and one of her ideas is "Try my big juicy melons!" And she is completely oblivious to what she just said!

Anime

First episode, and Okabe describes his social activities, among them being group dates; the way Ruka and Faris react upon hearing this is so over the top hilarious, you'd think he was cheating on his girlfriend!
After Maho is introduced, some of the other characters frequently ship her with Okabe any chance they get. The first time Amadeus does this, Maho threatens to install a virus in her database, actually causing Amadeus Kurisu to back off immediately.
In Episode 3, Okabe invites Maho and Leskinen to the Christmas party; Leskinen comments that Okabe is lucky to be surrounded by such beautiful girls, and he singles out Ruka specifically, even calling him sexy. Okabe responds in the most dry manner possible: "That one is a dude..."
- Also, Nae asks Maho what grade she is in, because of her small stature. Aware that Nae is a child, Maho awkwardly replies that she is actually an adult despite not looking like one; unlike with everyone else where she goes on a tirade about it.
Okabe's horrified reaction when Amadeus admits to listening in on his group dates, all because the idiot forgot to shut off the Amadeus app!
While the gang visits Yanabayashi Shrine for New Year's Day, Daru's repeated perverted comments towards Suzuha result in not just a headlock, but also a elbow to the gut when he accidentally tells Yuki that Suzuha is their daughter.
During their day out in Akihabara in Episode 9, Okabe remembers that Kurisu was an avid @channel user and decides to start trolling her with @channel memes. In the English dub, Okabe sings the first couple of lines of the chorus of Rick Astley's "Never Gonna Give You Up". Amadeus' reaction upon realising she was essentially Rick Roll'd is priceless.
Admit it, you got a chuckle out of seeing Maho dressed in panda pyjamas!
In Episode 10, Okabe and Maho decide against having Daru crack open Kurisu's laptop. Daru however, is more concerned about getting paid so he afford the eroge he had pre-ordered. Okabe looks at him with disgust.

You really are despicable, you know that?

Any time Daru's dates with Yuki get interrupted. In Episode 12, upon realising that Okabe, Mayuri, and Kagari have been watching them for a few minutes, Yuki responds with a wave and her usual cheerful smile. Daru on the other hand looks absolutely mortified!
Daru's love confession to Yuki in Episode 15 ends with this diamond, followed by a bit of awkwardness, topped with Suzuha bursting out laughing:

When I think of you.... I feel...MOE MOE KYUUUUUUUUNNN!!!!
—Daru as he professes his love for Yuki

The epic return of Hououin Kyouma is as funny as it is awesome. Daru's fangasm practically channels the viewer's reaction, too.
Episode 22 has Maho trying to write on the lab's whiteboard, but her lack of height causes her to struggle. The scene goes 0-to-awkward in a split second when Okabe grabs hold of her and lifts her off the ground like a child.
The Valentine's episode is chock full of funny moments, including:
- Suzuha teasing Mr. Braun over the payslip he gives her. Even in this world line, she has no problems dealing with the big scary landlord.
- Suzuha's imagine spots in which she pictures Kagari flirting with Mr. Tennouji and Okabe. After she has the second one, she is crouched outside the CRT workshop, head in her hands, and mumbling to herself in a panicked state.
  - Speaking of, Kagari professes her love for Mr. Braun in what sounds almost like a Shakespeare play, capped off with Mr. Braun's reaction to her telling him she could be Nae's new mother.
- The girls' attempt to make Valentine's Day chocolates ends up being a disaster until Yuki and Ruka show up.
- Faris gradually losing her shit as her kitchen is being trashed due to mishap after mishap, and the girls' non-reactions to the ensuing chaos (Kaede for instance doesn't even blink when her saucepan catches fire).
- Maho blowing a gasket over her measurements being off by 0.1 of a gram.
- The looks on the girls' faces upon seeing Ruka in one of Faris' costumes. In particular, Nae is so surprised she gets Blank White Eyes. Oh, and Moeka just very quietly starts snapping pictures of him with her phone.
- Just when you think Faris had suffered enough, she gets one last punch in the gut when Sergeant Clean returns!
  - While Suzuha and Daru are discussing the possibility of Kagari having an attraction to Okabe, Daru suddenly goes off topic upon realising something, plus Suzuha's flat delivery when she finds the imagery gross:

Daru: Dammit! The lucky bastard gets mommy and daughter to himself!!!
Suzuha: Gross, dad.
