Does that count as a courtroom antic? I think I know of a real live case of this.

I'd think so, and I think I've heard of one as well in passing (though probably not the same one you're thinking of).

Ugh, the case I knew of is already mentioned (I was thinking of Scopes Monkey trial). Should have checked before I asked.
