Linked here is a hi-def looking version of the cover I've seen used for some of the audiobooks on Apple, Amazon, what-have-you - would it be fine to upload this under Fair Dealings (is that right?), or do you think we could find something in Commons?

I always prefer Public Domain, GPL, and Creative Commons licensed works... but if there aren't any available, then we have no choice but to use copyrighted material.
The link appears to be broken (if not flat out incorrect). Assuming it's a hi-res (and preferably lacking the "only on Audible" banner, since that is no longer true) version of this, it's a good image choice on asthetic and descriptive grounds. I'd avoid the cover used for the #1 in Customer Service compilation because it's really bland (it's just a desk and trophy floating in space). I doubt a specific work of non-PD fiction would have an applicable image in commons with the best that could ever provide is a picture of the author and narrator together, which isn't really ideal for describing the work.
And there I go, doing the exact thing I said I wouldn't do and pasting that instead of checking my clipboard properly. 6_9 Link's replaced.

Most of the series is direct to audiobook and what did get released as a printed book did so years later. What does this fall under? Web Original (since it was for Audible, though also purchasable as a CD)? Literature (since it's a book but in voiced form)?
