The entirety of episode 19, which takes place in the first stage of world 6, which is by far his least favorite level in the game. The video's commentary is comprised almost entirely of Angrish. The story is that he had recorded that level and saved the video as part 19. Then he recorded the next stage and accidentally saved THAT as part 19, overwriting the previous video. He then had to RE-record his least favorite level.
During the end of the Spider Witch fight, she climbed up a wall and got stuck. He then had to restart the fight.
One of episode of world 4 (the museum) features the Agent humming the Benny Hill theme everytime he started wrangling a ghost.
Episode 23 featured the Agent naming every ghost he fought. Names included William Howard Taft, Beetlejuice, Michael Bolton, and even a grave golem named Hillary Clinton.

The various voices. The Great Elder had the voice of Toadsworth, Big Choco had the voice of Richard Nixon, Mushroom Thriller had the voice of Peter Lorre, and Don Onion had the voice of Skeletor from He-Man.
