Topic on User talk:Looney Toons

What would you say to a category consisting of tropes about bans and the like? (example name: This Index is Banned or something similar and appropriate)

I'd say, "Hello, category."

As far as I'm concerned, anybody can create any category that isn't a duplicate of an existing category, as long as they actually use the category.

Just make sure the name isn't too close to the existing Banned On TV Tropes category.
