• Short-term Project: use the public-domain writeups at the LOC's National Film Registry brief descriptions page to turn the redlinks on the National Film Registry page into stub pages.

Mirahee says we can't have DPL because we're too big. Commenting out the lists for now. We can have DPL lists again now that Miraheze is on a dedicated physical server. Leaving these commented out for now because Images Without Licenses and Pages Needing Images are more important at the moment.
