There's nothing in that page image that would make it a violation of Miraheze's Terms of Service. Thus, there is no reason to delete it without discussing the deletion with other Tropers first.
Not even the moderators are allowed to act unilaterally on this wiki -- there are rules that need to be followed. Please gain consensus before making such a change.
