Please don't delete something because you doubt it, only delete if if you know for sure that it's wrong.
Fortunately, in this case, you're in luck. The "Dark Knight" was first used to refer to Batman in the 1940 Batman #1, so we won't be rolling back your edit. Still, know for sure before you delete.
But please do not link to TV Tropes, especially for tropes that we have here, like What Do You Mean It's for Kids?.

Oh, er, sorry about that. I couldn't find some of our own tropes pages so that's why I did the link. ATT Wikia doesn't seem to work on my PC :-(
It is better to leave them as redlinks because you couldn't get them exactly right (and let the Wiki Magic -- or wiki admins -- fix them) that it would be to link to TV Tropes and put the poor sensitive souls there who cannot abide our existence at risk of a heart attack. <grin> But seriously -- no links to TVT, ever.
Also... don't undo an edit by an admin. I turned your off-site link into a redlink for a reason -- to encourage one of our users to write a page. We actually recommend marking up non-existent works this way.
