It's been six days with no reply. It's also been six days with no contributions from this user. I must assume that this was either a spammer who chanced to hit on an account name that looks like a moderator's name, or an attempt to impersonate a moderator that was caught early.
I am blocking this account, but not blocking the account's permission to post to this particular page. If I am in error, then the account owner can still ask here to have the account unblocked.
