Yūko Nagashima (永島由子 Nagashima Yūko?, born on July 3, 1970 in Osaka) is a Japanese voice actress who works for Aoni Production. She tends to voice the Cool Big Sis type of character, and often uses her Osaka accent to do so.
Yuko Nagashima has performed in the following roles:

- Peacemaker Kurogane: Ayumu
- Nadesico: Edina Wong
