- Ear Worm: Applies to most of the musical numbers, but especially "Even a Miracle Needs A Hand".
- Unfortunate Implications: In the special, Santa Claus comes off as passive-aggressive and a believer in Disproportionate Retribution, while the song "Give Your Heart a Try" has a definite Dumb Is Good/Science Is Bad vibe.
- Albert refuses to accept that Santa's existence is proven in this universe, implying that scientists just reject whatever doesn't fit their pet theory and have no sense of wonder or belief.
