Hotel Transylvania 2 is a 2015 children's animated monster comedy film that is a sequel to 2012's Hotel Transylvania. It had Genndy Tartakovsky returning as director with the voice cast of the first film returning with CeeLo Green getting replaced by Keegan-Michael Key as the voice of Murray the Mummy. Mel Brooks voices Drac's father Vlad.

At the beginning of the film Dennis, the son of Mavis and Johnny, is born. But as time goes, Dracula gets worried because the kid doesn't show any vampiric characteristics, and tries to awake them via increasingly dangerous stunts. Mavis eventually gets tired of her father's paranoia and decides to bring Dennis to meet his human relatives. But while they are away, Vlad, Dracula's father and a vampire even more hateful of humans than Dracula in the previous film, arrives to meet his great-grandson, unaware that his granddaughter has married a human...
