- In the Admiralty Board: Shoreh Aghdashloo, Martin Jarvis, Simon Templeman, and Claudia Black.
- Jayne Cobb is there to keep the Geth off Tali's back.
  - Colonel John Casey In Space, in a suit! Morgan would be so proud!
- Captain Bailey as Michael Hogan, well known as Colonel Tigh in Battlestar Galactica.
- Tricia Helfer as EDI.
  - Oh God, Kerrigan's/Caprica Six in our ship!
- Why, TIM, you're looking awfully Martin Sheen today.
  - President Bartlett wanting to ensure humanity's superiority is extreme Vocal Dissonance.
- Seems like Alice De Raey has developed quite the taste for alien flesh as Kelly Chambers.
- Aria is Carrie-Anne Moss.
- Aethyta is Claudia Black, though it's probably harder to tell if you're comparing her to Daro'Xen. Probably because she doesn't use her native accent.
- Gavin Archer is Simon Templeman (who also voiced Han'Gerrel vas Neema). Oh, and Loghain.
  - Don't forget the infamous time traveling bloodsucker, Kain.
- Patriarch is voiced by Jim Cummings, aka Tigger!
Playing Against Type: The Illusive Man is a VERY different role than what Martin Sheen usually plays.
