Nitrogen (Full name Nitrogen Studios) is a rather unknown animation studio in Vancouver first established in 2003.
Their website is here (Warning - Ear Rape is imminent).
Do not confuse with the Chemical of the same name.
Works with animation by Nitrogen include:
- Bionicle: Web of Shadows (Storyboards; Animation was done by CGCG)
- God of War (Cutscenes, first game only)
- Happily N'Ever After (alongside fellow Canadian studio Mr. X and Japanese studio Polygon Pictures)
- Thomas the Tank Engine (Season 11 on)
- Jacob Two Two
- Several Nelvana shorts.
Nitrogen provides examples of the following tropes:
- All CGI Cartoon: Happily N'Ever After (to an extent due to other studios also lending a hand), slowly turned Thomas The Tank Engine into this.
