  • Badass and Crazy Awesome: What else could anyone call a response to his vampire LARP character converting to another covenant under threat of torture/death that involved sticky notes representing explosives and using said sticky note explosive-representations to FLATTEN the headquarters of said covenant by hiding them on his body, getting into the HQ with them, hiding them in the bathroom, going out to his car- first giving countdown sticky notes to the guard so he'd know when the explosion happened, flattening the city block?
    • Of course the GM didn't allow it... yet allowed that convenant to be forcibly converting other vampires nilly-willy. Go Noah!
  • Fan Dumb: Some of his fans are so volatile that his That Guy With The Glasses co-workers are reluctant to do cameos for him. He continuously gets requests from his collaborators at TGWTG.com to take down any links to them just so they can escape his trolling fandom. And this isn't just collaborators with small fanbases who don't want to be overrun by trolls: this comes from people like Doug Walker, who has a huge fanbase that is pretty volatile in itself! The fans are even bad enough that he can't have any content from his family or friends on the main site because they lash out at them. And that's without getting into how divided they are about the video content itself....
  • Fan Hater: Arguably just part of the Spoony persona, but he did tell his fans to go out and kill Final Fantasy X fans. Hopefully, this will not inspire the wrong kind of people.
    • In his 11 Top Worst Films of 2010, he insults everyone who found Tron: Legacy even remotely entertaining.
    • In his Commentary for the Final Fantasy X review, he mentioned this and noted that he doesn't actually hate people who liked FFX, or want them murdered, but admitted he was thinking of trying to find ways to draw a more obvious line between the thoughts of "The Spoony One" and himself.
  • Pet Peeve Trope: Humans Are the Real Monsters and Licensed Games.
