Agreed. Which image from Commons do people prefer?

I'd honestly prefer one that was more recent and copyright-safe, in the spirit of being current.

"Copyright-safe" is why I suggested using an image from Commons in the first place. "Recent", however... I think the newest photo they have is from 2015. (In which Elliot has a rather androgynous look, but I've been seeing that particular image everywhere since his announcement.)

And in a related matter... I was about to do a bot run to replace all the links using his deadname with his current name, but then realized that doing that would leave a lot of incorrect pronouns in existing articles. This replacement work will need to be done manually.

And if the 2015 photo works, then I'd personally go with it, though I think I get what you're hinting at, and I think it would suffice until a more 'unique' photo comes along.

Or just start "tumblr-pedia, Wikipedia translated to tumblr language". ATT isn't going to become more google-friendly than TVT no matter what.

The 2015 image is now on the page. (It's also the image on his Wikipedia and Wikimedia Commons page now, but I didn't do that.) We're down to 56 pages that need links and pronouns updated.

And the links to the page are now updated. Last thing to do is delete the redirect... but I'll do that at the end of this week, after the news gets spread to (almost) everyone.
