Talk:Frills of Justice

As can be seen on the proto-Disambiguation page Frills of Justice, this was a page in the process of being rewritten with an eye toward a rename at the time we forked. We need to finish the process. It looks mostly complete, but it needs a couple subtropes written, and examples added. It probably also needs a new name. I'm moving it into the Trope Workshop under the current name, but we'll need to decide if it should be renamed and to what before we launch it. I'm partial to "ISO Standard Magical Girl Outfit" myself. <grin>

I did a quick edit pass to clean up some of these, but be aware that more than a few really belong on Frilly Upgrade, if they talk more about changes to the uniforms than simply the fact the uniforms start out frilly.

So, I'll put most of the stuff I edit there. Though I'm wondering, what will be a good name for "Frills of Justice"? I didn't think too much about it, since I was busy focusing on other articles (Figure that I'll get back to TW:Frills later and give it a good take on it, besides putting examples).

Well, my choice is in the original post above. <grin>

"Frills of Justice" is just as good (or bad) a name for a trope as "Bling of War" is, IMHO...

Good point. And it's not like it conflicts with anything... We can just nuke that proto-Disambiguation page and put it right back where it was.

But I reserve the right to set up a redirect under "ISO Standard Magical Girl Outfit". <grin>

Considering how many redirects I've added to the wiki (mostly but not completely industry-standard names redirecting to troper-term names), I can't deny you that one. 8)
