To answer the original question... Add a "wppage" field to the Useful Notes (or Work) header. Like so:

{{Useful Notes|wppage=Intelligence quotient#Reliability and validity}}

Basically that, yes. I'm wondering how you turn it "on" for some other pages - I'm used to it being a default addition on here.

The option isn't enabled for Trope, alas. (I didn't write the headers, and the coding is opaque to me, so I'm not the one to ask about enabling it there.)

I haven't checked Just For Fun yet, but I'd be surprised if it worked on that header.
