You'd be right. There once was (and may still be) a whole slew of tongue-in-cheek faction names at TVT, acronyms based around silverware and other things one may find in a kitchen, which allegedly represented groups with different troping philosophies. "SPOON" was the "Society to Prevent Overly Original Names". The entire list can be found at The Archive of Bellicose Lexicon Entities (TABLE, geddit? <sigh>)
Very early in ATT's existence, I moved for the deletion of this whole mess. I was voted down. I am so glad to see that the wiki as a whole has benefited over the past ten years from preserving it. </sarcasm>
