I'm reasonably sure that the definition of Iyashikei (literally "healing", also including comforting and soothing) does not in any way apply to a Bullet Hell property of any sort.
So why is Touhou tagged with Category:Iyashikei?

A lot of side material that is officially endorsed by the creator often falls into this trope, and given how absolutely liberal it is on accepting fan works and turning them into officially sanctioned parts of the universe, and it makes sense in that light.
