A previous trailer also featured a scene of a large truck smashing through what looked like the Mexico–United States barrier.
- Author's Saving Throw: In response to the criticism of Terminator: Salvation and Terminator: Genisys being rated PG-13, James Cameron officially declared that this film would be rated R, like the first two movies.
