Tsutomu Kashiwakura (Kashiwakura Tsutomu, born March 1, 1966 in Sagamihara, Kanagawa) is a seiyū who started his career in The Eighties by playing quite a wide variety of supporting roles, from Hot-Blooded males to Smug Snakes. As he grew Older and Wiser, though, he took a leaf from Akira Kamiya's book and turned towards voice directing and seiyuu training.
