YMMVs introduced by the The Battle of Aces:

YMMVs introduced by the The Gears of Destiny:

  • And the Fandom Rejoiced:
    • Arf and Yuuno, who were previously Demoted to Extra, get to make their debut.
    • It just got better when Vivio, Einhart and Thoma were confirmed to be in.
    • The Materials reappearing with their own story modes and the chance to fix the Offscreen Moment of Awesome from TheBattleOfAces was also met with much cheer. Just don't mention their new names.
    • And again when the Wolkenritter were finally confirmed after months of conspicuous absence from the promotional campaign had convinced most fans they wouldn't be making a reappearance.
    • Essentially, every time there's a new addition to the roster, someone will be rejoicing. And recently, they just announced Reinforce, Chrono and the Liese Twins!
    • Just announced! Linith and Precia
  • Catharsis Factor: The Liese Twins have recently been revealed to be in the game. 'Nuff said.
    • Good luck feeling it with how frustratingly aggressive the A.I. is in this game.
  • Fan Discontinuity: Once official names for the Materials came out, fans proceeded to... ignore most of them. You still see a lot more "Seikou" than "Stern" and a lot more "Rai" than "Levi". Dearche is about the only official name accepted by pretty much everyone.
  • Future Loser: Poor Signum was confused when Dark Piece Tohma accused her for the future great failure she'll suffer when facing Cypha in the FORCE manga.

Signum: ...Cypha?

  • Tear Jerker: The... the entirety of Sequence 7. Rynith-san is back to fix thing and then disappear once again along with Precia, both of them at peace. ;_;
  • They Changed It, Now It Sucks: When the official names for the Materials were revealed, there was RAEG.
  • Tier-Induced Scrappy: Shamal is still pretty weak, the Liese Twins are also weak, and Chrono. It's made worse by the fact that you are forced to use the characters to continue the story. Not to mention that even Yuuno has better offense than those characters, and he's the Stone Wall of the group.
    • Einhart is the most broken character. Her skills contains long range counter that is very quick to the point that it's next to impossible to dodge by the opponent, and a skill that makes her invincible for a short amount of time, she can still attack her opponent while in this state. Heck she's the easiest to use against the SNK boss.
