This seems a contradiction, either non-biographies are part of this trope (in which case they are to be confused with :P) and should get a section of their own, or they are not and should get a [sub]page of their own.

Agreed, especially considering that the phrase doesn't link to such a trope. And we already have a guideline of "the same but in a narrow context" doesn't warrant a separate trope.
