I'd say it depends on what it's doing right now. If it's still news-only I see no harm. And honestly, I'm not entirely certain there's harm in documenting it even if it's back to hosting scanlations -- refusing the acknowledge a site because of its contents strikes me as disturbingly TVT-like, and we are not complicit in their crimes, if any, just for saying they exist.

Legally speaking, unless we are facilitating crime by linking to flagrantly illegal content by mere virtue of it existing (like child pornography, which you have to commit a crime to produce), then simply providing a link to avpublic facing website is not illegal in most jurisdictions I'm aware of. Of course, we run the risk of the site going down or the content being removed in the future, but that is not our legal responsibility.
