Tiny Boobs Giant Tits History is a short hentai manga that features a sister and brother pair, with the sister constantly depressed about her small breasts until her chest gets slapped one day by her brother, and to her surprise this causes them to grow.
Fast forward some time later, and she now has a massive chest, and she mercilessly teases her brother about them, who is not amused.
Some sexual tension later, Brother-Sister Incest happens.
