Walpurgia is a Web Serial Novel written by Otneimica that can be found on Fanfiction.net.
The titular Walpurgia is a fantastical kingdom where witches are the ruling class. The nine Cardinal Witches are the most powerful witches in the kingdom, and each of them lord over their own sections of Walpurgia. Unfortunately for the kingdom's inhabitants, the Cardinal Witches are shitty rulers that regularly abuse their own people, causing Walpurgia to be a rather horrid place to live. But there's one witch in the kingdom that wishes to change all that... Her name is Umbra, and she's the self-proclaimed tenth Cardinal Witch: the Cardinal Witch of Darkness. Born with incredible magic powers over darkness itself, Umbra's made it her mission to exact revenge on the Cardinal Witches, who belittled her and mistreated her for years. Will Umbra succeed, or will the Cardinal Witches overpower her and put her in her place?
